1. Introduction and Acceptance

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on six6a. Operating multiple accounts, including accounts registered under different names or contact details belonging to the same individual, is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds and permanent account closure.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

six6a is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, we may require players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, after reaching certain deposit thresholds, or at any other time deemed necessary by our compliance team. Accepted documents include but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid Bangladeshi passport or driving licence.
• Recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement as proof of address.

Deposit Policy

Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment account used belongs to them and matches the name on their six6a account. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to completion of applicable KYC checks and compliance review. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. six6a reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, incomplete verification, or breach of these Terms.

Currency and Conversion

All wagers, balances, bonuses, and payouts on six6a are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied. Players are responsible for any applicable taxes or levies on winnings as required by Bangladeshi law.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, six6a may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the player to whom they were awarded.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that undermines the integrity, fairness, or security of the six6a platform. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: using automated bots or scripts to place bets; engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of cheating; attempting to launder money through the platform; sharing account credentials with third parties; and misrepresenting personal information during registration or KYC.

Any player found in violation of these prohibitions may have their account immediately suspended, funds confiscated, and the matter referred to relevant legal authorities. six6a cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in such cases.

7. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

Self-Exclusion

• Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from six6a content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the platform's software is prohibited.
• You may not use six6a's brand name, logos, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional context without explicit written authorisation.
• Permitted personal, non-commercial use of the platform for gaming purposes is expressly allowed under these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6a, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

six6a provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and reserve the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

six6a collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. 11. Account Suspension and Termination

six6a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the platform's integrity or other players.

Voluntary Closure

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may submit a request to our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, your right to access and use the six6a platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses — shall continue to apply.
